The following menu choices are available from the cafeterias
on the six vessels operating on the southeast Alaska routes.
Additional choices are available from the quality dining room on the M/V Columbia, including entrees from the sea, and from the charbroiler. Expect to pay from $12.75 to $16.75 for sumptuous fare like Boneless Chicken Breast marinated in teriyaki sauce, Alaska salmon or halibut, or a 10 oz. New York Steak charbroiled with onions. On the vessels serving the Southwest routes, menus are similar but food prices are slightly higher for many items. Dinner choices include Sirloin Steak ($12.75), Deep Fried Prawns ($13.50), Salisbury Steak Dinner ($9.50), Chicken Dinner ($9.50), and a Special of the Day.
